RIU Conferences is now pleased to announce the inaugural RIU Breaking New Ground Conference to examine the latest technology
available and its application in the field and provide networking opportunities for the exchange of the latest technical information.

Resource Information Unit is pleased to announce two new awards to be made in conjunction
with the inaugural RIU Breaking New Ground Conference. The awards are designed to help and
encourage new ideas and research in the Australian mining industry. They can be won by
either an individual or a company, whichever is deemed most appropriate. They will be judged
by a panel of industry experts appointed by RIU and will only be awarded if the panel believes
the nominees have made a significant impact on the Australian mining industry.
